On my recent travels to Spain, I spent the first week or so in Barcelona eating mediocre food. It wasn’t until 5 or 6 days into the trip that I began to meet people, talk to locals, take tours and get recommendations on what to do and where to go from other tourists & people I randomly chatted with. What I found was that you REALLY need to know where you are going to find a great place to eat, a specialty store or other particular establishments you may want to visit, because there is a SEA OF SATURATION when it comes to lil cafés and stores!

There are cafés that look absolutely adorable on the corner of a plaza but the food is sub-par. Or shops that you would think have the best products or price because of their storefront or how busy they are, but you almost always experience that ever dreaded “buyer’s remorse” after purchasing things from those places.

Once I got recommendations and knew exactly where to go (with the help of a map and a couple locals that understood my spanglish), I enjoyed the best food of my trip! Amazingly fresh tapas with waiters from all over the world that made my experience in their ten table lil restaurant one to remember! When I asked them why they are not as busy as some of the other cafes and what they do for marketing, they said they rely on “word of mouth” and trip advisor. So that got me thinking…

… Could Your Business Survive On Word Of Mouth Marketing? And what would clients/customers say about you when describing your services and their experience????

Yes Spain is Social, but the companies that embrace that are almost always the larger chains/franchises and well known brands that exist in numerous cities. No offense to Mickey D’s but I don’t exactly want to check-in on Foursquare while visiting Tarragona, Spain to get some free fries! I want to eat the food from local farms & restaurants, shop at locally owned stores that have history and a story, not Facebook Review Starbucks (which will get you an upgraded size espresso drinkers).

So I came up with a few questions that I thought would help any business owner in any products/service category:

1) Where do your current customers come from and how did they find you?

2) If you are found multiple ways (internet, signage, ads, etc) what percentage does each represent?

3) What is your client retention rate?

4) Do you have steady renewals or returning customers? If so, do you ask why they chose to return to you rather than your competition?

5) Do you ask your clients regularly how you are doing and what their feedback is?

6) Have you ever asked your existing clients to tell their friends/networks about a specific special you may have coming up?

7) When a client does leave, do you ask why or continue to stay in contact with them?

8) Do you have any sort of reward or discount program for returning customers?

9) What would your employees say about working for you?

10) What would a potential client say to their friend after receiving their first service from you?

Feel free to comment publicly on some of these, add your own questions or shoot us an email! I am right there with ya and will be addressing all of these myself, so for those of you that know me you can be expecting a survey soon.

Giving back to the community that I live in and causes that are close to home has always been a mission I wanted to incorporate into my life…. And now I’m lucky enough to use my business as a vehicle to help even more!

While large charity umbrellas are important, I LOVE to support LOCAL CHARITABLE CAUSES so everyone can see the faces, paws and causes that they are helping firsthand.Below is a list of some of the upcoming events AMG is helping with to raise money for LOCAL CHARITIES!

COMING UP….

AMG is helping to send off Miss Arizona 2012 Erika Frantzve to the Miss USA Pageant in style… and Raise Money for Charity!

Erika is hosting a Send-Off Party to say thank you to all who have supported her AND to raise additional funds for her charitable platform, Everyday Heroes Like You. For details on the party held at The W on April 26th, you can check out the Facebook Event created here. Would love to see everyone come out to Mix N Mingle with some very fashionable (and charitable) peeps while helping to raise money for Erika’s own non-profit she started to help a variety of charitable causes. Her most notable charity, Everyday Heroes Like You, has a program called Johnny’s Locker that is definitely worth consideration when making your next tax deductible donation…

Everyday Heroes Like You, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that assists nonprofits throughout the country. Our vocation is to promote and propagate the “everyday heroes” in our communities that have a philanthropic desire to truly make a difference. Incorporated in 2007, Everyday Heroes Like You immediately took flight with numerous projects all over the country. CEO and founder, Erika Frantzve, has made it her mission to live out her calling and touch the lives of others by promoting various charitable foundations. Our passion is not limited to any specific category of charities, we support the “heroes” who strive to leave their fingerprints on the hearts and lives of others.

I have sat on the B&G Club of Metro Org Board for over 4 years now and have helped execute numerous fundraising events to benefit the Club Kids in need in the Phoenix area.

We are hosting the event in a bigger venue this year to accommodate all our growth… very exciting!

Less than 2 weeks to Facebook’s big day… all pages WILL BE CONVERTED TO TIMELINE FORMAT! We’ve told you all about the changes and how to make them here as well as info on the cover photos.

Now it’s time to start considering how all these changes will be affecting user behavior, which in turn affects your page’s interactions, which comes all the way full circle back to the content you post.

* The first and most noticeable would be the cover photo. You can reference ideas on how to change yours here

* Have you landed on a new page lately and had to hit the LIKE button before you could participate in a contest, survey or to redeem a coupon? That feature is now OBSOLETE! Welcome tabs (also called landing tabs) are now gone. When people land on your business page, they will always land on your wall; which in turn makes your content even MORE important to capture that sought after interaction (click through)

Think that won’t affect you? Check out these examples of AWESOME Welcome Tabs that helped grow their pages exponentially:

Look at what this charity is able to do just on their Welcome tab! They effectively show with graphics & minimal text: What they do, How they do it, Clearly state a Call To Acton and supply other platforms to connect on

This business page keeps their offers & info about discounts “private” until the new user LIKES the page! Only after that do they have access to all the goodies. This would be similar to “subscribing” to a newsletter or coupon mailers. Great concept, except now users will be directed straight to a business’ wall and bypass the tab that displays all of what they do, how they do it, who they serve and what the user should do next.

Jameson had a great user-engaged St. Patty’s photo collage started! In order to see the photos uploaded or to add your own to your area on their world-wide map, the user had to LIKE the page first. Another example of how the new changes to timeline will make it a little bit harder to get those extra eyes on your page .

* There is also a new feature that most businesses are not taking into consideration as much as they should. or could be… the HISTORY tab. Marking historical timelines of your business can give users another way to interact and look deeper into your brand.

Red Bull has long been known for their innovation digital marketing, and with the launch of timeline, they wasted no time in setting the bar for social games and interactions with the new format. Once their page launched, they posted this:

By directing people back to their founding date, they had info about red bull as a company/brand but also posted a clue! This told users where to go for the next stop. Essentially they made a picture scavenger hunt for tons of cool stuff by making users visit various dates associated with major events in Red Bull history! While the contest was going on, look at what one of their clues looked like!

* There are numerous more changes that may affect your strategies, including the ABOUT SECTION of your timeline. This is now prominently displayed just under your profile photo. So where users previously got most of the info on the welcome tab or in Info section, you can now utilize this truncated About section to state your company’s mission, list services, or convey a message most important to your brand.

Check out the ANATOMY OF A FACEBOOK TIMELINE below and familiarize yourself with the new layout. The pages will be changing in less than 2 weeks… which means you’ll need to know about these features to effectively alter, edit and customize your business timleine for increased user engagement

If you’d like more info on how to effectively alter the graphics on your timeline or need help managing your social media efforts, contact us! We’re here to help during the transition and everyday after that.

Holy Changes Batman! Facebook sure has rolled out a lot of them to kick of 2012! Feel like it s a full-time job keeping up? We’ve condensed some of the most important changes to Facebook so you can be “in the know” quick. There are plenty more changes that aren’t listed here, however the ones below are the most commonly used by Facebook users and business accounts. So here they are…

* COVER PHOTO (this being the most obvious)

This was the subject of our last blog. You can find all the info on cover photos here

* BUSINESS PAGES CAN NOW INTERACT WITH ANYONE!!!

This has been a frustrating set-back for many small businesses utilizing FB in their marketing strategy; especially localized businesses. But now FB has allowed the Pages to be able to interact with personal profiles!

You will see the buttons on your left on new business pages giving the user (using personal profile) the ability to LIKE the page but also send the page a message. NOTE: Pages do have the ability to disable this feature. This is good & bad for business: Good because it allows consumers direct communication with the brand they’re connecting with but bad if the page is not managed properly or a customer-service strategy is not in place. Not knowing about these messages can result in no response back from business and an upset consumer. The lack of response, or very late response, can actually do more damage than you think.

TIP: Put Customer-Service policy together now. Include response time, guidelines of what will be addressed and establish chain of command in problem solving the issues presented by consumers.

* PAGES CAN NOW APPROVE POSTS BEFORE THEY APPEAR ON THEIR PAGE

I’m sure a lot of you are wiping your foreheads in relief at this new feature. This new feature gives organizations more control over what appears on their pages and could help keep spam and inappropriate content off the wall. From the “Edit Page” dashboard under “Manage Permissions,” page owners can select a new option titled, “Only show posts by [your page] and friend activity on your page until reviewed by an admin.” This hides posts made by other users until a page owner indicates “Allow on Timeline” from the new activity log. (SEE BELOW)

NOTE: This does not seem to affect posts in the “Friend Activity” section of a page, as users always have the ability to view posts that their friends have shared with them. It also does not seem to affect comments on page posts. The option only hides posts users make to the wall.

Pages that address more sensitive topics or that have had issues with spam will want to enable this feature. For pages with less frequent activity, this function might not even be necessary. On the other hand, pages that are very active with fan-to-fan discussions might not want to hide wall posts either so they don’t limit the amount or pace of interaction.

* REAL TIME INSIGHTS (Statistics on traffic & interaction on your page)

This is great for businesses that track their marketing campaigns, growth and reach of their brand. This enables businesses to see effectiveness of posts, blogs, pictures vs text, etc.

* “DOUBLE-WIDE” IMAGES FOR STARRED CONTENT

If you have a flier, image, video, etc that you want to stand out on your page MORE than the other posts, Facebook has integrated a Starred Post Option. This takes the image from a thumbnail to stretch across the entire timeline page (See Below). This allows businesses to showcase specific areas of interest, products, promotions, etc more than others.

* FACEBOOK MESSENGER FOR DESKTOP HAS ARRIVED!!!

So maybe it came a little before Facebook wanted it to, due to some leakage of info, but nonetheless it’s here! For all those desk workers this will be incredibly handy! No more switching windows, browsers, etc.

Messenger allows for and accomplishes the following:

* Persistent access to chat will increase engagement and ultimately draw their FB friends in for more time spent on site

* Continuous access to notifications, friend requests, messages, etc will lead to increased visits to site per day, ultimately increasing Facebook’s overall engagement rates

DOWNLOAD FACEBOOK MESSENGER HERE

* Current version only available for Microsoft Desktop Windows 7… We’re sure Apple will come soon after for all you Mac users

* DEFAULT LANDING TABS ARE GONE!

Well, not exactly. They aren’t gone… they just aren’t allowed to be the primary landing page for non-fans (new users). For those of oyu that have custom tabs, don’t panic. They are still incredibly useful, important and visiable. You can direct traffic to these tabs through News Feed posts.

DID YOU KNOW: 85% of all Facebook interaction and click thru’s come from the News Feed!

As you can see from the picture of Westar Design & Development’s Facebook page, the custom tabs of Welcome, Gallery and Testimonials is still

visible, just placed in a different area, which we think is actually better placement (but will take some getting used to for users). These boxes

obviously need custom images to be associated with them now, which AMG is more than happy to design along with your timeline photos/image.

You can also order these boxes and include up to 12. Click the last box listed to pull up the remaining apps and custom tabs.

* FACEBOOK NOW HAS OFFICIAL FACEBOOK OFFERS FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Does your business thrive on new consumers? We’d hope so if you want to continue growing… Well here’s a great way to incentivize them to try you out! Facebook Offers is a new type of post that allows brands to freely distribute coupons to fans that can can be accepted straight from their web or mobile newsfeed.

*Offers also can be promoted through ‘Reach Generator’ ads to a wider, targeted audience. One click (or tap on mobile) sends the offer to your email account. From there, the voucher can be used at a bricks-and-mortar store or entered as a coupon code into an ecommerce site. When you accept a Facebook offer, a story is generated and may be shown in your friends’ news feeds, increasing the viral reach of the promotion

More info on Reach Generator HERE

* FACEBOOK ADS TURNS INTO “SPONSORED STORIES”

Facebook wants user to build a story and timeline of their interest, likes, brands they use & connect with, etc. They have repositioned everything including the verbiage and user experience of what was previously known as Facebook Ads. Facebook’s Global Business Director, Mike Hoefflinger says: “We are evolving from ads to stories. Ads come from anyone at anytime. Stories come from people and things that you’re connected to.”

While we anticipate the layout to change, this is an example of a sponsored story. Notice it lists the friends that have already liked it beneath the ad.

‘Featured stories’ are amplified page updates linked to users’ social graphs, with their friends and other fans actions driving recommendation and therefore effectiveness. These are not ‘ads’ in any conventional sense of the word, but a new combination of brand conversation and word of mouth.

Whew… that’s a lot of info to take in… and we are only half way down our list of changes! To save you from reading further into this novel post regarding Facebook, we will list some additional changes and follow up with future blog posts explaining each in more detail. Please CONTACT US with any questions you may have regarding any of these changes.

OTHER FACEBOOK CHANGES YOU WILL NOTICE SOON:

- Multiple admin levels allowing access to only portions of the page and statistics associated with it to individual admin users

- Facebook photo viewer change

- Ability to approve posts before they appear on your wall

- Heritage timelines for brands with history and a story to tell. If you’ve been around for a while or are known as a staple brand for your area, definitely fill in your heritage with images, info, dates

- Content of the Week allow pages to highlight specific content that they are promoting during that particular week

Facebook Timeline is coming… whether you’re ready or not! Question is, how will it affect your current page and what new features will be added to help your business market more effectively. We’ve put together some tips on how to prepare for the inevitable “switch-over” and a glimpse into what you can expect. No one likes change initially, but we think this is actually pretty cool!

First off, have you seen a Facebook personal profile timeline before? If so, skip this and read further down (you’re a social rockstar!) If not, below is an example of what the top of your facebook page can look like! Timeline is a way of making FB more VISUAL; telling your story (of life or brands) through pictures and visual posts.

Alright, now that everyone knows what a personal timeline looks like… let’s dive into what it will be for your brand. DISCLAIMER: A lot of what the new timeline will feature remains a mystery and is only known by the Facebook gurus themselves. But we happen to know a couple cool peeps that clued us into some possible features. So here are your TIPS FOR NEW BUSINESS TIMELINE PAGES:

1) Design a creative cover image

This can be something that calls out your monthly special, a promotion you’re running, a contest that was just launched, group staff pic, etc. This would be similar process and thought behind designer a banner image for your website. If you do not have basic photoshop or editing skills, we can help you with that. The most important thing that you want to tell new visitors to your page about goes here.

TIP: Make your profile pic and timeline photo banner interact with each other. BE CREATIVE and see where your brand identity takes you!

Image needs to be: 851 px (width) by 315 px (height)

2) Become friends with your cell phone camera or digital camera… Facebook is now more VISUAL!

If you met someone new and were to tell them about how your business originated, grew, and became what it is today… what would you say? Now “picture” saying that with images and a couple lines of text! THAT VISUAL DESCRIPTION = NEW FACEBOOK TIMELINE! One of the newest features of timeline for pages is the ability to add events, occasions, anniversaries, milestones, etc to your page! This can tell so many stories! Is your business active int he community and promote charitable endeavors? Add charity board meetings, events and outings to your timeline. Have you recently acquired new products, employees, or office location? Add it! Launch a new website, going on a business trip, attend a conference? All great things to add to your business story!

Here’s an example of part of a possible timeline for a business (just an idea… no one knows for sure what it will look like yet)

3) Give ‘em a Blast From The Past!

Think past this year and last… give your new (and old) fans a blast from the past and post pics from the beginning of your biz! With the timeline feature, this allows you to recall major milestones, years, time periods, etc for your business. Remember that funky childhood phase that you had braces and glasses? Chances are your business went through one of those phases too! Well you’re past that now (hopefully) so why not look back and laugh? Make an awful decision on wallpaper or paint color for your office? This may not seem like pertinent info to you, but it will give your fans a chuckle and allow you to connect with them on a personal level (envoking the laugh or critique or agreement) rather than constantly pushing promo-related items.

TIP: HAS YOUR LOGO CHANGED OVER TIME? POST THE OLD ONES AND GET FEEDBACK! (Logo contest maybe?)

COMING SOON FEATURES (We think…)

* More than just a LIKE option! You may be able to click things like “agree”, “support”, “dare”, and more! Looks like some share bars will be updated soon too!

SUMMARY OF WHAT TO DO:

1- Get familiar with your camera… you’ll be using it

2- Decide on messaging and image for new profile and banner photos. Remember, if you don’t know how to size & edit photos, have a professional do this. It is your first impression…

3- Start thinking back about the history of your business so you can fill out your timeline with events, pictures, etc

4- DON’T PANIC! It will be rolling out gradually… but plan on having your profile converted within 90 days of launch

I recently met with a prospective client that initially said he knew what Foursquare was and he didn’t want to have people competing over Mayorship so he wasn’t interested in utilizing it. Already sensing that his education on this platform was limited, I asked if he knew about OTHER ways Foursquare could be utilized. Or if he knew about the “Explore” and “Specials” features. I’ll give you 1 guess what his answer was…. This exchange inspired a blog post about how Foursquare has been successful for our restaurant/bar clients.

1) EXPLORE: User feature that allows your business to be found in area results

The Foursquare EXPLORE feature allows you to search for categorized businesses within your designated search range (Up to 10 miles and as narrowed as 0.5 miles). When the search results display, they also show which businesses have SPECIALS for checking in and allows you to view them! Talk about a motivation to frequent one business over it’s competitor in the same area…

As you can see from image below, users can also search specific categories like “gluten free”, “Italian food”, “dance club”, etc.

2) SPECIALS: User feature that allows your special to be viewed & unlocked with appropriate number of check-ins. Usually some sort of reward or discount is associated with specials

Below is an actual screenshot of one of our client accounts: Front Row Friday’s @ Chase Field. The image shows the two specials we have running, how many times they’ve been viewed, who viewed them, who their current mayor is and more stats down the page. This client has decided to NOT utilize the mayor feature, rather offer a NEWBIE special for people who check-in for their first time! This special is viewable from inside Chase Field. When people check-in for 2012 DBacks games, they will see that Front Row has a special of Buy 1 Get 1 drinks for first time check-ins and hopefully make their way up to redeem at some point in the game. Foursquare just yielded a new potential guest just from having their special visible.

Most bars/restaurants have “regulars” right? Our client wanted to reward their regulars and incentivize people who do come often (but not necessarily considered regulars). Current special of Check-in 15 times before the 2012 Season started in Jan so guests had several months to come often in order to win a table for 5 to an April DBacks game. This was developed to drive more traffic during an off-peak time for client.

3) DATA DATA DATA!: This is a business feature available to locations that utilize Foursquare platform benefits & specials

This is relatively new for Foursquare and by far, in our opinion, adds the most value to the platform. You so often hear “WHAT’S THE ROI OF SOCIAL MEDIA?” Well…. here are your stats! (At least for Foursquare)

So what do the above statistics tell us? A LOT!

- Who is checking in most often (as well as frequent visitors)

- How many check-ins are new and how many are repeat guests

- Times of the day that are most popular for visits

- Specials viewed vs redeemed compared to number of visitors

- Gender & Age of establishment’s Foursquare users

- How “Viral” your check-ins are based on sharing percentages

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THAT DATA?

* Adjust your specials to lean towards hours most popular; EX: happy hour vs dinner, breakfast vs lunch

* Different ages tend to trend towards liking different specials. EX: Younger demo may like drink specials more while older ages may like food discounts more

* If one special is being viewed but NOT redeemed (can find out via stats) then you can make necessary adjustments

FOURSQUARE is one of the platforms AMG utilizes for all of our bar/restaurant clients and many of our retail stores as well! The platform is incredibly versatile now and can provide helpful insights to business owners/managers on the specials they are currently running. So AMG says: USE IT!

Have you ever wondered where the connection is between traditional media (like print, TV, radio, billboard) and new-age, digital media (like Facebook, Twitter, Digital Display Campaigns, Mobile Application)? We have an awesome example from NBC that you can learn from…. TV show called The Voice!

Want to know how you can engage users of your business or product? Think your audience/customers would benefit from LIVE chats with the experts at your company or in your field? Read on… this is for YOU!

1- Hashtags: Type desired topic’s hastag into Twitter search to find all the posts that have also utilized the tag. This allows you to jumpin on the convo and follow other Twitter peeps with similar interests all while you are getting live updates from @TheVoiceNBC!

2- Social Connections on Multiple Platforms Targets Multiple Demo of Users: Not only can you follow their live tweets and contribute your two cents, The Voice watchers can also connect via Facebook, LIVE blog chat, YouTube, NBC Home Site and check-in to virtual watching stations! And you can see it all update LIVE on 1 screen!

NOTE: Yes, social media is incredibly wide-spread, but that does not necessarily mean every Facebook actively uses Twitter, vice versa and apply to other platforms like YouTube! Creating unique engagement opportunities for each platform increases user interaction rate, the feeling of an individual connecting with the brand on THEIR terms, and ultimately the brand’s viral spread. (Ask AMG for examples of how you can do this).

3- The Reach Into Traditional Audiences: On the actual NBC site, The Voice Show Commercials, Billboards, Magazines, etc. The Voice promotes all of their platforms mentioned above by displaying all site addresses, #TheVoice hashtag, QR codes that take you to desired platform and more! Below is a look at the actual NBC webpage dedicated to The Voice Show. Notice all the ways to connect! Once you click on one of those options, you are prompted to accept social app permissions and are then taken to pages that immediately call for you to interact on the platform you are most interested in!

AMG OPINION: The Voice has done an unbelievable job of integrating both their online/digital marketing efforts without abandoning their efforts in traditional media mentioned above. By doing this, they have captured a more varied demo that totals more viewers on TV and interactions on all their social platforms. If you want to see how a campaign like this actually works, we encourage you to follow along next Monday night!

Want to implement something like this for your brand, ASK US!

Getting your company involved in a “Big Name Event” like Barrett Jackson Auction or other events is a great achievement. Being able to promote your company’s involvement and gain traction via social media is a whole different story. A lot of companies do amazing things for the community in charitable spirit yes forget to capture these moments via video or pictures. Moments like these are invaluable to your business and allows for contest winners, charity beneficiaries and fans or clients of your company to let everyone know how appreciative they are for your services.

Aquarian Media Group and Rock Me Events presented the Barrett-Jackson Lifestyle Pavilion 2012. We held a social media contest to increase awareness for the event itself as well as build the social media presence. Having potential winners share your event via their personal social profiles helps direct traffic to your event site and increase viral capabilities.

Once you’ve been able to get your company involved in an event and have facilitated public promotion or promoted via the web, media channels, etc… then what?

This video was taken with a simple Flip Cam (costs less than $200) with a moments notice. The social media contest winner, Heather Dopson, and Miss Teen Arizona were asked a mere minute before this video was filmed to give their candid opinion of the event, modeling and winning the tickets. Obviously you can see their appreciation towards Aquarian Media Group and Rock Me Events for giving them the opportunity to be there.

Customers, Clients, Long Time Fans and Partners all have an opinion of you and your company. If they’ve continued to work with you, the opinion is most likely positive! Why not ask them for a video testimonial? Give them the chance to be on camera and brag about the special treatment they’ve received from your company and/or staff. Nine times out of ten it’s a welcomed invitation. Ya never know until you ask!

You probably woke up this morning to a whole new world of Facebook wondering “how the heck am I supposed to learn all this new stuff???” Below is a short list of things that have changed and how to use the new features. Hang in there, it may look long but it’s easy reading, and will help you navigate Facebook with more ease.

CHANGE 1:

Does this look familiar?

This is the “Old Facebook” model that allowed you to see either Top News or Most Recent News. Now, Facebook has consolidated your wall into 1 Feed. New posts since the last time you logged in are identified by a blue square in the left hand corner of the post or pic.

If you check Facebook regularly, you will see the option to “see most recent posts.” This is for users that are logged on multiple times a day.

CHANGE 2:

The Live Ticker is now visible on the right hand side of your screen (seen below).

This ticker provides you a LIVE (real-time) look at what your friends are doing, liking, commenting and posting in their status. This enables you to act on the posts you want to faster, without scrolling through all of your news feed to see things. So keep your eyes on the ticker, you may see some activity that you want to comment on immediately.

CHANGE 3:

The Subscribe Button allows you to control just how much you hear from a “friend.” You will be able to choose from the following options:

* All Updates: See everything your friend posts

* Most Updates: The amount you are currently used to

* Important Updates Only: This will inform you of new jobs, moves, relationship status, etc

You can set these features for every individual friend by visiting their page and clicking the subscribe button at the top right of the page.

CHANGE 4:

Now when you friend someone new (or hover over an existing friend’s profile), you have more options than you did before. The New Friend With Smart Lists allows you to assign your new and existing friends to categories; such as Close Friends, Acquaintance, Family OR create a new list such as Networking, Clients, or Exes

CHANGE 5:

You may see something missing at the top pf your screen now…who you are logged in as. The background of Your Profile Has Disappeared. It is now replaced with a small icon that shows who you are logged in as and gives you options to shift between pages you admin. See example of what it looks like now below.

You now switch from page to page by clicking the down facing arrow.

Other Changes:

* You no longer need 25 likes to get a custom URL for your page

* Facebook has decreased the amount of emails they are sending to you, however, you can change this back to original setting by visiting the account notifications page

* Posts or comments in another language will immediately prompt the translate button

* Posts that have been shared will now include a link so you can see WHO shared them and WHAT they said about the post.
